Medical and Dietary Requirements Form

Consent2Go will manage medical and dietary requirements. This permission form will be emailed to parents later this year. However, please provide basic medical and dietary requirement information now so we can begin planning when making bookings.

Due to the large group, we cannot cater to specific tastes and preferences. We can cater for allergies and special dietary requirements. (e.g. vegetarian, lactose intolerant, etc.

Frequent Flyer Points

It may be possible for families to claim frequent flyer points through Qantas or Virgin. We cannot guarantee that frequent flyer points will be awarded (there are sometimes restrictions around discounted group bookings). Please note – frequent flyer number must be for the student, not their parent. These fields are optional.

Tour Jackets

Tour jackets are included in the price of the tour. These can be worn in the lead up to the tour and will be required on the trip. We will have a 2 student fitting times at College lunchtime later this year. Please select your approximate 2026 jacket size from the list below to assist (this can be changed later if your child attends the fitting time). We recommend selection one size larger to allow for layering in winter and 12 months of growth.
